An excellent coach will "lead" not "manage". Continue to practice profit producing actions and provide your team members a clear path, showing them the way with a proven duplicatable system that will allow them to reach their goals.
Additionally, although technology does serve its purpose, remember that this is a PEOPLE business. A great coach builds relationships. Talk to your team members and teach them the necessary skills that will lead to their success.
